Privacy Policy

Beaver technologies, Inc. (“Company”, “we” or “us”), the operator of this web site, is committed to preserving the privacy of those who visit our site and/or use our applications (our website and applications, collectively the “Site”). Our Site provides information about the Company and the professional property management services the Company provides (collectively, the “Services”). This document will outline how we gather and utilize various sources of information obtained during your visit to the Site. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your information and how you can opt-out of having your information collected. This Privacy Statement applies to information collected at this Site as well as via our Targeted Advertising. By using or accessing the Site, you signify your consent to our Privacy Policy.

Please note that by opting out, you will continue to see generic advertising that is not tailored to your specific interests and activities. If you choose to opt out using our opt-out tool, we will add a cookie to your browser identifying it as an opted-out browser. Once you have elected to opt-out and our system has refreshed (which may take up to twenty-four hours), our advertising system will not collect or use any behavioral data associated with your browser for Targeted Advertising services for so long as our opt-out cookie remains in place. Please note that we do not respond to or honor “do not track” (a/k/a/ DNT) signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.

Protection for Children

We have no intention of collecting Personal Information from children (i.e., individuals under the age of 13). Where appropriate, we take reasonable measures to inform children not to submit such information to our Site or in response to advertisements. If a child has provided us with Personal Information, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

Our Site may contain links to other web sites, including our affiliated or co-branded web sites. Other web sites may also reference or link to our Site. These other domains and/or web sites are not controlled by Company and may place their own cookies and/or other data collection tools on your Internet browser or mobile device; however, we have no access to or control over these cookies and/or other data collection tools. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site to read the privacy policies of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. We do not endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other web sites. Visiting these other web sites is at your own risk.

“Cookies” are pieces of information that may be placed on your computer by a web site for the purpose of facilitating and enhancing your communication and interaction with that web site. Many web sites use cookies for these purposes. We and our business partners and advertisers may use cookies (or clear gifs, web beacons or similar devices) to collect information and other behavioral data from users to customize your visit to the Site, to collect Non-Personal Information (but not Personal Information), to make your visit more convenient, to target advertising services and better understand the effectiveness of our advertisements, or to enable us to enhance our Site. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for up to a year. We set a persistent cookie to enable us to track and target the interests of users to enhance the Targeted Advertising we provide. You may stop or restrict the placement of cookies on your computer or remove them from your browser by adjusting your web browser preferences. If you do so, you may still use our Site, but it may interfere with some of its functionality. Please note that cookie-based opt-outs are not effective on mobile applications. However, on many mobile devices, application users may opt out of certain mobile tracking activities via their device settings. As you use the Internet, a trail of electronic information is left at each web site you visit. This information, which is sometimes referred to as “clickstream data,” can be collected and stored by a web site’s server. Clickstream data can tell us the type of computer and browsing software you use and the address of the web site from which you linked to the Site. We may collect and use clickstream data as a form of Non-Personal Information to anonymously determine how much time visitors spend on each page of our Site, how visitors navigate throughout the Site and how we may tailor our web pages and advertising to better meet the needs of visitors. This information will be used to improve our Site and our Services. Any collection or use of clickstream data will be anonymous and aggregate, and will not intentionally contain any Personal Information.

Company will not be liable for disclosures of your Personal Information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. We have undertaken all commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized Internet access to visitor data retained in our servers, however, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or any information provided online, and you do so at your own risk. Users must accept all risks associated with any data transmission, including the risk that their Personal Information may be intercepted in transit.

We retain Non-Personal Information collected via our Site in aggregate form and retain it for analytical purposes. We retain your Personal Information, if provided by you through the Site, for as long as your inquiry is active (as determined by us) and for a reasonable time thereafter, or if applicable, for as long as you remain on our marketing list. We also may retain your Personal Information for a longer period of time as needed to provide you Services or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Even if we delete some or all of your Personal Information, we may continue to retain and use aggregate, anonymous data previously collected and/or anonymize and aggregate your Personal Information.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add, or remove portions from this policy at any time. However, if at any time in the future we plan to use Personal Information in a way that materially differs from this policy, we will post such changes here.
