Add documents to a property, tenant, or payment

Real estate investment comes with a lot of documents. Beaver allows you to save leases, agreements, insurance policies, and other transactional documents under each property.

Simply upload documents under the relevant property. You can access it from any device, quickly, when you need it.

Another place you can save documents is under each tenant under Rent Roll, or under each vendor payment (e.g. invoices). You can also add notes under each transaction, for future reference.
